Ashura: Scourge what are the power levels of frames been used

Scourge: *takes off Scouter and smashes it* ITS OVER 9000!!!

Ashura: O__O WHAT 9000!!! THERE IS NO WAY THAT CAN'T BE RIGHT!!! CAN IT!!!??
