Merrick, Tails and Sonic Short Story

Merrick: tails.. get a hold of yourself, K?? Sonic is just eating a Chili Dog, K tails?? Just.. Calm down, K little cos??

Miles/Tails: ( quivering )

Merrick: *hugs his little kid cousin and started to stroke his kid cousin's fur on his head and also started sooth him by comforting him and etc* shhhhhh... shhhh...

Sonic: what..

Merrick: *continues to comfort his little kid cousin tails and said something to sonic* sonic.. throw that Chili dog away in the garbage can... you're scaring tails extremely very badly, K sonic??

Sonic: It's just a chili-dog.

Merrick: just do it for tails for chaos sake geeze... you are really scaring tails real badly.. he thinks your acting through cannibalism, K??

Sonic: HM? Ok...
( throws it away )

Merrick: whew.. thats better.. *looks at tails and said something* its okay tails.... its okay Sonic just threw away his chili dog, K Little cos??

Miles/Tails: ( hyperventilating )

Merrick: Tails.. breathe in and out.. breathe in and out carefully, K tails??

Miles/Tails: (still hyperventilating )

merrick: Tails.. hmmm.. *idea* *started to stroke his fur thats on his head and started to sing his favorite song that always tails always loves and also calms him down and etc and of course it was successful and etc*

tails: *starts to calm down and started to breathe better and sat down and laid down on his furry shoulder and etc of course*

Merrick: atta boy, K little cos??

tails: *nods slowly and continued laying down on his furry shoulder and etc of course*

Miles/Tails: ( nods )

Merrick: thats good... *sees that tails is getting tired and said something* awww... are you tired little cos, huh????

Miles/Tails: ( nods weakly )

Merrick: Okay... *picks up tails and takes him to the couch and sat down and placed tails down on his lap and then let tails fall asleep on his lap and etc*

Sonic: You're really friendly with him, aren't you?

Merrick: yeah... Tails never told you why I was very protective on him... its because.. its because.. sigh.. he's my little kid cousin.. *shows sonic a picture of him and tails and etc of course*

Sonic: O_O
Your...cousin?

merrick: yeah... after I lost my parents and home... I don't if i was the last one and until I read some old records in a abandoned information center I read in there that the records said I have little kid cousin from the Prower side of the family and my father was the eldest brother of Tails's dad and uncle Merlin and after that I searched out for tails and I found him, Right tails???

Tails: *nods slowly due to of being tired*

Miles/Tails: ( sleeping )
Sonic : Do you have any proof, kid?

Merrick: *takes out a picture of Merrick and Tails when they were younger and etc and show it to Sonic*

Sonic: ( eyes widen )

Merrick: heh heh heh heh.. believe it, K sonic??

Sonic: ( Nods )

Merrick: *smiles and nods as well*

Miles/Tails: ( yawns )

Merrick: heh heh heh heh heh... are you awake little cos, huh??

Miles/Tails: ( nods )

Merrick: how are you feeling little cos... do you feel rested up finally, huh Tails??

Miles/Tails: ( nods )

Merrick: thats good.. come on lets head into the living room and watch some t.v, K?? *looks at sonic and said something* you coming sonic, huh??

Sonic: Ok... I guess...

Merrick: right... *heads into the living room and flipped on the t.v and said something* anything interesting you want to watch, huh guys??

Sonic: ( shrugs )

Merrick: hmmmm.. *flips through the channels and sees that Merrick and Tails's favorite show which is the simpsons of course and said something* ahhh.. here we go.. hey tails.. our favorite show which is the simpsons is on, K little cos??

Tails: *nods*

Sonic: ( groans )

Merrick: something wrong sonic??

Sonic: I really want a chilidog now.

Merrick: sonic... don't you dare.. you'll cause tails to go into a panic attack again, K?

Sonic: ( groans )

Merrick: Sonic... don't start.. I don't wanna send you out of the room in the process, K?? so chill out, K??

Sonic: Ok.

Merrick: good.. now come on over sit down with tails and I, K???

Sonic: OK...I guess...

Merrick: right.. *looks at tails and said something* hey are you doing okay so far, huh tails??

Miles/Tails: (nods )

Merrick: okay.. just checking, K tails???

Miles/Tails: ( nods )

Merrick: right... hmmmm... hey tails lets go play on the X-box 360, K Tails??

Miles/Tails: OK.

Merrick: *speeds to the room where the x-box 360 is at*

Tails: *follows suit*
